Choosing a homeopath to help you take care of your health can be quite a daunting proposition. There are several homeopathic colleges and, whilst they all provide a very high standard of training, they each bestow their own qualification. This can be a bit bewildering for anybody wanting to be sure that the homeopath they choose is a reputable one.
I trained as a classical homeopath at the University of Westminster where, I'm very proud to say, I earned a BSc Health Sciences honours degree in homeopathy. After graduating, I successfully completed the registration program for the Society of Homeopaths.
Although I practice homeopathy in the classical tradition, I believe it's very important to keep abreast of the latest techniques and developments as more is understood about the dynamics of health and illness. I am particularly interested in the methods pioneered by the internationally-acclaimed Indian homeopath, Dr Rajan Sankaran, and regularly attend seminars both here and in India.
I first became aware of homeopathy about 12 years ago. At the time, one of my children had a large number of very unsightly warts on the legs which had been there for ages (the warts, that is!). A friend, who had recently been successfully treated, suggested seeing a homeopath. Within just a couple of weeks the warts had completely gone and to this day have never returned.
Now my husband and I, our four children and our grandson are all treated homeopathically and the effect that homeopathic treatment has had on all of us has been truly remarkable.
My goal as a homeopath is to treat my patients to the very best of my ability so that they can experience the incredible freedom that comes with good health.
